Harmony Physiotherapy Jersey - Foot Function Assessment

Foot assessment can be complex.

In the foot function assessment, not only will we assess and diagnose any musculoskeletal foot conditions, but we will also look for and identify possible causes. This will include biomechanical testing of the whole muscular symptom and gait analysis. Corrective exercises will be provided, and discussions on the need for further treatment.

Your physiotherapist will discuss how you would like to manage what we find. Some people prefer self-managing, while others prefer a treatment plan in our Jersey-based clinic.

Whatever works for you, our physiotherapist will create a bespoke treatment plan to suit your needs and wishes.

60 minutes  £110 / over 65s  £95

Physiotherapist Anne-Marie can assess breathing patterns and provide methods to improve how we breathe.

Many factors can be involved in a changed breath, including anxiety, trauma and musculoskeletal issues.

Harmony Acupuncture in Jersey

Our physiotherapist Anne-Marie uses Acupuncture alongside our Physiotherapy services to treat various conditions.

We use a scientific medical-based approach to Acupuncture. It is a helpful adjunct to many painful conditions. Physiotherapist, Anne-Marie is registered with The Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.

Acupuncture is one of the many skills used by Physiotherapists. It offers an integrated approach to managing pain and inflammation and stimulates the body’s healing chemicals to aid recovery and enhance rehabilitation.

Acupuncture is a part of physiotherapist Anne-Marie’s services, so you must book a physiotherapy assessment initially. Anne-Marie will discuss whether it is an appropriate treatment choice for your condition.

Physiotherapist Anne-Marie teaches 1:1 modified Physiotherapy Pilates and yoga exercises.

This starts with an initial assessment and must be booked as a Physiotherapy Assessment. We will then discuss any symptoms you may have and may do some biomechanics assessments to find the correct exercises for you. This is highly individualised and can be used to correct any muscle imbalances.
