- If this is your first visit or you have a new injury, please book your appointment under the “Assessment” category and ensure you complete the intake form. This will provide me with the necessary information to prepare for your appointment and save time.
- You now have the option to book, cancel, and reschedule your appointments through our booking system.
- If you are unable to book online, please get in touch, and I will assist you in scheduling your appointment using our online portal. You can contact me on 07797824924.
- For clients with insurance coverage, please book your appointment under the “Insurance Assessment” category and complete the required details in the intake form. Prior authorisation from your insurance provider is essential before attending.
- For self-payment, please book your appointment online under the relevant category. Payment will be due at the end of your appointment, and we accept card, cash, or bank transfer. Online payments are no longer available.
- Please note that failing to attend or providing less than 24 hours’ notice for cancellations will result in the full fee being charged. Any outstanding fees will be requested via email and then passed on to Cash Back for reclamation.
- If you are feeling unwell with symptoms of a cold, COVID-19, or a gastrointestinal bug, please do not attend and contact me to reschedule.
